Pointless dreams

As I sit in my bed wondering what could be, I can't help but thinking how blind I am to see, The way my life is wasted by always thinking instead of doing, And never accomplishing my dreams by always eschewing. I feel like I'm never fully awake in this planet, That I'm creating my small little world in my mind, And I just want to end it. My biggest concern is that if I do wake up From this crazy endless dream, I won't handle the cruelty of the real world, And it will make me wanna scream.
